Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

Draft for counsel review. This text hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet and isn’t in force.

These terms cover your agency’s use of Spriggit, the HubSpot configuration service at spriggit.com and app.spriggit.com, run by Erin Wiggers. By creating a workspace or installing the Spriggit app in a HubSpot portal, your agency agrees to them.

Your workspace

The person who creates the workspace accepts these terms for the agency. Your agency is responsible for who it invites, the roles it gives them, and keeping sign-in details and authenticator apps secure.

Client portals

Your agency connects only HubSpot portals it is allowed to work in, and confirms its clients have agreed to the access Spriggit asks for. Your agency and its clients keep ownership of their HubSpot data. Spriggit uses it only to provide the service.

Plans and approvals

Spriggit proposes changes as plans. Nothing is applied until a person in your workspace approves it, and changes to a live portal need live mode, which a person turns on. Your agency is responsible for reviewing each plan before approving it, including steps marked as not able to be undone.

AI

AI features run on the provider and API key your agency chooses, under that provider’s terms. AI output can be wrong; plans exist so a person checks it before anything changes. Each client decides whether its record values may go into AI prompts.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Spriggit to break the law, break HubSpot’s terms, reach portals or data you aren’t allowed to, or interfere with the service or other workspaces.

Billing

The Spriggit Scan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by the number of production client portals, as shown on the pricing page. Fees are charged through Stripe and aren’t refundable for a period already started, unless the law requires it.

Ending the agreement

Your agency can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period paid for. Spriggit can suspend or end a workspace that breaks these terms. After a portal is disconnected, its data is handled as the privacy policy describes.

The service as it is

Spriggit is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Spriggit isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees your agency paid in the 12 months before the claim.

HubSpot

HubSpot is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc. Spriggit is built for HubSpot and isn’t made or endorsed by HubSpot.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date, and workspace owners are told by email before it takes effect.
