A custom-event trigger is an `EVENT_BASED` `eventFilterBranches` entry `{ filterBranchType: UNIFIED_EVENTS, eventTypeId: "6-…", operator: HAS_COMPLETED }`, and it works on a custom-object workflow. Several unfiltered event branches are OR-ed.
